اغلب افراد مجرد میل دارنـد بـدانـنـد کـه چـگونـه و کجا باید
عشق حقیقی را بیابند. در ایـن مـقـاله به 8 نکته کاربردی
و بسیار سودمند برای دستیابی به یـک عـشـق حــقیقی
اشاره گردیده است:
1- باور داشته باشید که شما هم می تـوانـید به یک
رابطه دراز مدت، رمانتیک و شگفت انگیز دست یابید
اغلب افـراد مـجرد در آرزوی داشـتـن یــک رابطه فوق العاده
می بـاشد. امـا تـعـداد معدودی از آنان محقق شدن چنین
رابـطـه ای را بـاور دارنـــد. برای مجردها حتی ملاقات با یک
فـــرد جذاب، سـازگار و دلخـواه یـک امـر نـاممـکن قـلـمــداد
میــگردد. این بسیار حائز اهمیت است که شما به این امر
ایـمان داشـتـه بـاشـیـد کـه: آشــنایی با یک فرد مناسب و
تشـکیل یک رابطه دراز مدت و حتی مادام العمر برای شما
نیز امکان پذیر است. به خاطر داشته باشید که باور و ایمان نیمی از پیروزی در هر کاری میباشد.
2-فرد مناسب حال خود را تعریف کنید
بهترین شیوه برای انجام این کار آن است که بهترین دوستان خود را در نظر گرفته و ویژگیها و صفاتی که از نظر شما بسیار قابل ستایش میباشند را در آنها شناسایی کنید. شریک زندگی آینده شما میباید از همان ویژگیها و صفات اخلاقی برخوردار باشد. اگر از نظر شما ویژگیهایی نظیر بالندگی معنوی، حس شوخ طبعی، مهربانی و یا تحصیلات عالیه تحسین برانگیز میباشند، شریک آینده شما نیز باید از آن خصوصیات برخوردار باشد. و چنانچه شما اعتقادی به وجود چنین فردی ندارید بهتر است به مرحله نخست بازگردید.
3- بیاموزید چگونه افراد ناشایست و نامناسب حال خود را شناسایی کنید
این نباید کار دشواری برای شما باشد. فردی که صفات و ویژگیهای دلخواه و ارزشمند شما را بروز نمیدهد به عنوان یک شریک تازه نامناسب میباشد. همچنین فردی که تنها در حضور شما رفتارهای خوشایند و خوب از خود به نمایش میگذارد و نه شخص دیگری، باز برای شما نامناسب میباشد. علاوه بر آن افرادی که در پیشبرد رابطه شتابزده عمل میکنند نیز شایسته برقراری رابطه نیستند. اینگونه افراد معمولا سبب دلشکستگی شما میگردند.
4- با افراد نامناسب حال خود رابطه برقرار نکنید
چنانچه با فردی که فاقد خصوصیات دلخواه شما میباشد وارد رابطه گردید، تنها ناکامی و اندوه را متوجه خود ساخته اید. زیرا چندی از رابطه شما نخواهد گذشت که شروع به تغییر وی مطابق همان ویژگیهای دلخواه خود خواهید کرد. اما شریک شما بطور طبیعی در مقابل این تغییر از خود مقاومت نشان خواهد داد. عدم توانایی وی در برقراری ارتباط و یا گوش دادن به صحبتهای شما و یا برآورده سازی نیازهایتان موجب میگردد که آنها را به اشتباه نشانه عدم علاقمندی به خودتان تلقی کنید. اما تنها واقعیت آن است که شما فردی را برگزیده اید که متناسب و برازنده تان نیست.
5- خود را در محیطهایی قرار دهید که فرد مورد نظر شما در آنجا به فعالیت میپردازد
به فرض اگر در آرزوی برقراری رابطه با یک ورزشکار میباشید، قطعا وی را در سینما نمیتوانید بیابید و یا چنانچه در جستجوی یک موسیقی دان هستید باید وی را در محافل موسیقی بیابید. بنابراین برای یافتن عشق دلخواه خود میباید از خانه خارج گردید.
6- بر ترس خود از آنکه طرد گردید و یا مجددا تنها بمانید غلبه کنید.
تمام روابط در مقطعی از زمان پایان خواهند یافت. برخی با جداییها، برخی با طلاق و برخی نیز با مرگ. هیچ ضمانتی در زندگی وجود ندارد و عشق نیز از این مسئله مستثنا نمیباشد. هر زمان که شما عاشق فردی میگردید ناخواسته خود را در معرض طرد شدگی و ناکامی قرار میدهید. آخرین باری که در عشق شکست خورده اید را بخاطر می آورید؟ همانگونه که مشاهده میکنید شما دست نخورده باقی مانده و جان سالم بدر برده اید. پس آنقدر ها هم طرد شدن وحشتناک نیست.
7- از وابستگی خودداری کرده و سعی کنید آزاد زندگی کنید.
به زندگی عادی خود مشغول باشید و تنها اندکی در پی مجذوب ساختن فرد دلخواه خود. افراد مجردی که تمام توجه و انرژی خود را معطوف مجذوب ساختن شریک زندگی دلخواه خود میگردانند، خود را از داشتن یک شریک مناسب و خوب محروم میسازند ( با بی اعتنایی به موردهای مناسب بالقوه). و همچنین افراد مجردی که از نداشتن یک رابطه و شریک خوب پیوسته محزون و دلسرد میباشند، در عوض آنکه وقت خود را هدر خیالپردازیهای آرزوهای خود کنند، بهتر است ابتکار عمل را بدست گرفته و برای خودشان زندگی و موقعیتهای شگفت انگیزی خلق کنند.
8- ریسک کنید اما زیرکانه و آگاهانه
از منزل خارج گردید، با افراد جدید ملاقات کرده و باب صحبت را بگشایید و قرار ملاقات بگذارید. شانس و اقبال خود را با این اعمال افزایش دهید. ممکن است طرد شوید اما مطمئن باشید ارزش آن را خواهد داشت. یافتن یک عشق حقیقی امری دشوار و زمانبر است هیچگاه تا زمان دستیابی به آرزوهایتان از پای ننشینید.
